JITO has more than 20 years of experience in the development and manufacturing of copper casting, forging, and metal processing. With the ability to integrate upstream and downstream factory resources and technologies, we provide customers with an "All In One" development solution covering the entire manufacturing process, supporting product development for the electronics, automotive, household, industrial, and aerospace industries.

Casting, Forging, CNC Machining Applications
  • Electronics Industry Applications:
Electronic components often require high dimensional precision along with excellent electrical conductivity or heat dissipation. Products such as connector housings, heat sink bases, and power connectors are often manufactured using copper casting or copper forging blanks, followed by precision CNC machining to achieve the required hole positioning and surface flatness. Compared with machining directly from solid blocks using CNC, this approach can reduce material costs and shorten lead times.
  • Automotive and Motorcycle Components:
The automotive industry continues to place increasing emphasis on component strength and lightweight design. For components such as suspension brackets, transmission-related connectors, and steering system parts, many customers choose aluminum forging or copper forging to reduce weight without compromising strength. JITO can directly integrate CNC machining with forged blanks, reducing the need for intermediate suppliers while maintaining dimensional stability and providing customers with greater confidence during product development.
  • Household and Furniture Hardware:
Products such as faucet bodies, door handle connectors, and furniture hardware are suitable for copper casting or copper forging to control production costs, followed by surface treatment or CNC machining to enhance their appearance. JITO frequently receives requests from customers seeking a complete solution from blanks to finished products. Therefore, subsequent machining requirements are considered during the mold design stage to help reduce overall costs.
  • Industrial Equipment and Machinery Components:
Industrial components often need to withstand heavy loads or operate continuously for extended periods, such as pump components, valve bodies, hydraulic fittings, and distributors. These products have high requirements for airtightness, thread precision, and pressure resistance. CNC machining is used to ensure critical dimensions, while material reports and dimensional inspection records are provided so that customers can use the components directly during equipment assembly.
  • Water Hardware and Fluid Control:
Water hardware has always been one of JITO's primary areas of expertise. From faucet bodies, valve cartridge seats, and drain fittings to various pipe connectors, copper casting combined with CNC machining is one of the most common manufacturing solutions. Leakage and assembly issues are among the most common concerns raised by customers. During machining, JITO pays particular attention to the precision of O-ring grooves, threads, and mounting surfaces to reduce defect rates.
  • Outdoor and Aerospace-Related Applications:
These products typically have high requirements for weight reduction and weather resistance. Certain outdoor equipment and aerospace ground support equipment use aluminum forgings to reduce weight while maintaining structural strength. Based on the operating environment provided by customers, we also recommend suitable alloy materials and surface treatment methods.
