CNC, Forging and Casting for Electronic Component Manufacturing

Copper has a wide range of applications in electronics, mainly due to its excellent electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity. JITO specializes in OEM manufacturing, delivering high-quality, high-strength, and high-precision components while providing customers with highly stable products.

Through casting and forging, we manufacture copper-based alloys such as copper-nickel alloys and copper-tin alloys. These copper-based alloys can be used for electronic packaging and connectors in electronic equipment, helping improve equipment performance and reliability. They are also used to manufacture printed circuit boards (PCBs), relays, transformers, sensors, heat sinks, heat pipes, and other thermal management products, as well as conductive components in solar panels and wind turbines.

CNC machining also offers significant value in the assembly and testing of electronic equipment. For example, during the assembly process, it can be used for precision riveting, spot welding, and thread machining. In addition to applications in electronic equipment manufacturing and testing, CNC technology can also be used in other electronic applications, such as the machining and manufacturing of electronic components, control of robotics and automation systems, industrial automation, and remote monitoring systems.

Copper itself offers excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, making it widely used in electronic equipment. For components that need to carry electrical current or dissipate heat rapidly, copper alloys are often an ideal choice.

Common Applications of Electronic Component Machining
  1. Connectors and Fittings
These include various electronic connector housings, terminal blocks, adapters, flanges, and other components. Such components require precise hole positioning and threads to ensure stable connections after assembly. CNC machining can effectively control these critical dimensions and reduce the risk of poor electrical contact.
  2. Thermal Management Modules and Cooling Components
Products such as heat dissipation housings, cooling plates, heat pipe bases, and heat sink bases have high requirements for flatness and surface contact area. By producing blanks through copper casting or copper forging and then using CNC machining to create precise flow channels and mounting surfaces, more stable heat dissipation performance can be achieved.
  3. Control and Valve Components
Components such as air compressor controller assemblies, shuttle valves, and valve blocks combine mechanical and electronic functions while also requiring airtightness and dimensional precision. These components are typically manufactured through copper casting followed by CNC machining to ensure that every mounting surface and thread meets the required specifications.
  4. Operating and Structural Support Components
Operating levers, joysticks, steering shafts, display brackets, engine position adjustment brackets, and similar components are primarily structural parts. In addition to sufficient strength, these components require excellent surface quality and dimensional consistency to maintain stable equipment operation over extended periods.
